New Years Eve 07-08

We were still dealing with sickness on New Years Eve, so we decided to stay at home and celebrate with just our little family. We played the game Sorry and had sparkling Cider and blew horns at Midnight (ok so we did it at 10pm to get the kids to bed a little early, but they didn't care!) We had a great time together.

Our Little Princess

The girls have so much fun dressing up. It reminds me of when I was a little girl playing dress up. Fun times!

Christmas Morning

Christmas morning was early in our house just like every other home with children. The kids ran for their presents from Santa and played with them even though Kate and Madison were both sick, and did alot of laying about that day. In fact almost everyone in the family was sick, and Christmas dinner was cancelled due to the grown ups having tummy troubles. We did enjoy each others company though, and were glad to be together.

Making cookies

Kate begged me to make cookies with her using her new cooking set. She was so careful with the cookies, and they turned out great! As you can see by the smile on her face she had a great time, and so did I! What a great memory to hold on to.

Snowgirls

The girls and I had fun building a snowgirl in our back yard.
Despite the snow, it was a beautiful day and wasn't very cold out.
