The Little Big Helper

Jared is in 7th Heaven when Grandpa and Tony are at our house working on somthing. This time it is installing our fireplaces upstairs and downstairs. Jared had to be right under grandpas feet seeing just what was going on first hand. He is going to be a handy man just like his daddy. We are so proud of him. He has such a sweet heart too.

Thanksgiving 2007

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving with the Hamblin side of our family!
Mom, Dad, Matt, JJ, and Adams family came.
Every single dish turned out perfect!
We had just enough places for everyone to sit thanks to my dad puting all the new chairs and Table together.
We played Scrabble after dinner, but everyone kept giving up on the game from being too tired (stupid Triptophan)
Oh and I cheated by asking the definition of a word (stupid Triptophan) I think Lisa would have won if we had actually finished the game...she rocks!
We all sat around and gabbed and moaned with smiles on our faces because we ate too much.
We got a wonderful visit from Cary's dad's side of the family. They wanted to come see all the hard work that Cary, Tony and Dad (Peterson) put in down stairs.
Holly and Craig and their cute little family also popped in for a minute to say Hello.
Why do Holidays always seem to go by too fast? What a great day!

Halloween

Halloween came and went and I didnt get a picture of my kids in their costumes! Here is a picture of our kitchen table that my oldest child took. We did celebrate, and we had a family Halloween party too. We had a great time!!!

Family Home Evening

For FHE this week, My oldest daughter taught the lesson on families. She had us all stand and have a picture taken together. She also had us draw a picture of our families.
She is so cute and smart. Good job girl!

The Birthday Boy (Man)

Cary had his birthday in October.
We had his parents over for a lovely steak dinner.
And then some of his moms famous berry cheesecake.
My girsl thought it would be funny to give their
daddy a gummy candy brain for his birthday. Our baby enjoyed
it, but it looked pretty funny to see him tearing into it. What a great day!

October Fun!

Every year in October our little family loves to go to Gardner Village and see all the witches and get fudge at the candy shop. This year we were a little hungry so we went into a bakery and got some cookies too. We had so much fun in our festive shirts and the weather was perfect.

Once Upon A Time...

I have seen a few blogs that my freinds have done, and they seem so fun. I wanted to be able to share my life with family and freinds too. I hope I can keep this up as I would like to. I take enough pictures, so there would be no lack there. I just love my kids so much, and to me they are so adorable, I just have to hold on to every moment I can. They do grow up so fast, like all the little old ladies tell you. Life is a storybook and the pages are being turned every day. What will happen next?
